I was invited to attend the Voices of Hope event at College of Idaho where a Mayor's Proclamation was read for Domestic Violence Awareness Month, pictured here with Yolanda Matos, Executive Director of Valley Crisis Center. (10/14/11)

We dressed in PURPLE, the color for Domestic Violence Awareness, for the "Walk a Mile in Her Shoes" walk down the Boulevard in Caldwell- pictured here with my daughters after we finished the walk. (10/15/11)

These pictures are from the 2011 Womens Fitness Celebration walk. This is the biggest ALL WOMEN walk in the nation.

Casino Night at Capstone Mission. It was a benefit for Capstone Ministries, which benefits orphans in Mexico. Christy Stansell and Kristie Bear attended.

Also attached are a couple of pictures from Casino Night. It was a beneft for Capstone Ministries, which benefits orphans in Mexico. Growing up in Nevada, it was fun to be on the dealer side of the cards - I know better than to gamble for real!! These chips got traded in for raffle tickets.

The other two pictures are from the Ribbon Cutting for the new Transitional Apartments at Hope's Door Domestic Violence Shelter. Pictured with me are Nampa Mayor Tom Dale and Hope's Door Director Kim Ivacek. It was awesome to see it completed, since I was on the Board of Directors when the plans were first started.

Becky Tschida ~ Mrs. Twin Falls 2012

The 2011 Perrine Bridge Festival was held September 9th and 10th, 2011 at the Twin Falls Visitor Center. The motto was "A Bridge to Success for Kids", with this years theme being "Up to the Challenge". All proceeds from the event benefit children of the Magic Valley who have special needs, through the St. Luke's Magic Valley Health Foundation.

Mrs Twin Falls Becky Tschida and Miss Magic Valley Deidre Edmunds helped in this event.
